Each of us has a unique expression of this wellspring, which filters through our individual essence. In this creativity retreat, you will learn new ways of tapping into that creative wellspring and clearing away the blockages that keep you from expressing your unique creative essence.

What students have said…
"After hearing Tracey share her poems at an event, I began working with her on my own poems. Previously, I had worked with two extremely talented writing teachers (one a well-known writer/poet) who offered good solid advice. Working with Tracey has changed my writing and made it significantly better. She has helped me develop my own critical eye through her insightful comments on a poem's strength and weaknesses. Even though my own poetry is very different from Tracey's, she seems to have an innate ability to read a poem and provide valuable feedback immediately. She often finds connections and strengths that I am unaware of and points out ways to capture what it is I am trying to say when that isn't obvious. Her instruction is generous, clear, insightful, and honest. I don't know what else I could ask for in a good writing coach. If you have the chance to work with her, jump at it!"

"I cannot even begin to express my deep and humblest appreciation for all that you have done for and with me. You so beautifully opened yourself to my process and offered gentle guidance and joy-filled passionate exchanges. Especially in our one-2-ones, I felt cradled in the safety of your knowing ... exactly what it is I am trying to say ... and then like the taste of sweet honey on my lips ... my feelings intermingle with the right words and poetry escapes me. Thank you again ... you ROCK like Gibraltar!"

"When I learned that Tracey not only wrote poetry and recited it from memory, but facilitated the emergence of the inner poet in others, I invited her to be the creativity facilitator at my next weekend retreat. That night we sat and listened to Tracey perform, the world became more enchanting and beautiful as we listened to her poetry and saw the world through her eyes.
Tracey's poetry comes form deep inside her and speaks of the full spectrum of what it is to be a human being. She writes of thresholds of possibility and those moments when life breaks open and it all makes sense and we are filled with wonder. Every woman in that room created poetry that night: such was the invitation of Tracey's presence and the inspiration of her poems. Tracey's poetry heals.
I am very happy to be able to work with Tracey in the future, and as her poem says, "Set our one shining life on fire…" Thank you, Tracey
